It's been a big few weeks for Team USA swimmer Ryan Lochte.
First, he won five medals in the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London and now he's signed up to make his TV series debut in an episode of "90210."
He will make a cameo appearance in the CW drama series on Oct. 29, showing up at resort where Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and Max (Josh Zuckerman) are staying, reported hollywoodreporter.com Tuesday.
"When we found out Ryan Lochte was going to be in town and might appear on '90210,' we felt like we'd won a gold medal! Team USA are all-stars in our book, and we're so excited he's making an appearance on the show.
"We only wish the episode was a surf event so we could have gotten him in the water but he deserves a little rest on dry land," according to a joint statement issued by the show’s executive producers Patti Carr and Lara Olsen and reported by the website.
The 11-time Olympic medalist, 28, also recently told the "Today" show's Matt Lauer that he was considering appearing on the ABC reality shows "Dancing With the Stars" and "The Bachelor."
His sports agent Erika Wright told the website that he has "multiple TV offers on the table." ABC has not confirmed its shows are among the offers.
"I'm definitely looking towards 'Dancing With the Stars' and 'The Bachelor,' so we'll see what happens," said Lochte who added he plans to move to Los Angeles and work on a fashion line, according to the website.
