There are two ways you can make a heart-shaped fried egg for your Valentine.
Place a metal heart-shaped cutter in a slightly oiled pan and then crack an egg in it. Cook the egg to the desired doneness.
Or, use the cutter to cut a heart out of a piece of bread and cook the egg inside the bread.
