Hats off to Villa Ravenna for putting on one of the most memorable wine dinners we've attended.
Yani and Sergio Orioli orchestrated a 10-course, 10-wine dinner, and picking out a top dish was almost impossible.
It could have been the lamb chop medallions, or the Chilean sea bass, the vitello osso bucco, or on the sweet side, tiramisu or caramel flan. Most of the wines were Italian, from Banfi, and paired well with each dish.
The holiday crowd was festive and seemed exuberant about the dinner. Here's hoping for continued success for this family owned restaurant in the Farm Shopping Center.
