DALLAS — Everyone has been wondering what it’ll be like when Dana Holgorsen brings West Virginia into Stillwater.
The biggest concern is that OSU still uses many of the concepts that Holgorsen used as offensive coordinator in 2010.
“They’ll probably know as much about us as we know of them,” Holgorsen said Tuesday during day two of Big 12 football media days at the Westin Galleria.
Holgorsen, though, said he has no extra angst about playing the Cowboys.
“All nine games in the Big 12 are a concern,” he said.
Holgorsen likened the scenario to one with which he had some experience, albeit more than a decade ago as wide receivers coach under Mike Leach.
“It’ll probably be similar to the way it was in 2000 when coach Leach left Oklahoma went to Texas Tech,” Holgorsen said. “You have two offenses that know a whole lot about each other. I don’t know if it’ll help you or hurt you.”
