More than 10 years ago, I was on a salsa committee.
Basically, the food editor and several others from the newsroom went to different Mexican restaurants around town to try different salsas for a story. One or two of those favorites made it on our current list -- nine restaurants where we've enjoyed good salsa (and we'll share those with you Thursday).
Obviously, we can't try every single Mexican restaurant, and there may be some pretty awesome salsas out there we haven't tried.
That's where you come in. Tell me your favorite salsa and where you can find it around town. Hopefully, it'll prove to be a new culinary adventure for me.
