While it seemed as if tonight's Oklahoma State-Arizona game wouldn't be shown in Oklahoma,
Dish Network reached a deal overnight with the Pac-12 that allows the game to be shown for free to existing customers on channel 413.
Those without Dish in the Tulsa area who are looking to watch it at a sports bar won't have much luck. The only ones I've found with Dish are:
Check Ur Alibi (Broken Arrow bar that opened last year)
Full Moon on Cherry Street (kind of small but planning to show game on big screen)
Osage Casino sports bar (also will have live band playing at the same time)
Sandite Billiards (six big-screen TVs, separate smoking area)
Bull & Bear Tavern (will show the game, located near 61st and Lewis)
Chuy's (small bar area)
*EDIT: Cheddar's and Phat Philly's mistakenly said they would have the game when in fact they will not.
Here are the Tulsa bars and restaurants I've called that are NOT Dish customers and won't have the game:

Twin Peaks
Hooters
Louie's
Joe Momma's
Applebees
TGI Friday's

River Spirit Casino
Options for the rest of the state include Buffalo Wild Wings in Enid, Cheddar's in Midwest City, Slick Willie's pool hall in OKC and Palomino's Mexican Restaurant in Stillwater.
Louie's on Meridian in Oklahoma City originally said it is a Dish subscriber but now says it has DIRECTV. Might be good to confirm with these places before you head out, or get there early enough to check.
