We have made a couple of adjustments to the site since we launched the new look on April 2. We appreciate the feedback and ...
The Tulsa World will soon launch a website redesign that responds to new realities.
Using what is called responsive ...
The latest version of our iPad app is now available from the App Store and it includes a popular request.
You no longer need to be connected to wifi to download the day's e-edition, which is an online replica of the print edition. You can now have it downloaded over any cellular network.
We launched the app with the wifi requirement because a day's paper made for a huge file. Doing it over anything but wifi then would have taken longer than we wanted.
But with the introduction of the LTE network and increased speeds on 4G and 3G, you can get the day's paper much quicker now. In our tests, LTE downloads the day's pages just as quick as wifi. For 4G an 3G, you shouldn't have to wait more than few minutes.
We heard from a lot of travelers who aren't always able to connect to wifi but wanted to enjoy the day's paper on their iPads with data plans. Please know we keep track of your feedback and always try to incorporate it into updates to our products. So please keep the suggestions coming. Contact me anytime at
