An Oregon woman has filed a lawsuit against "Boyfriend" singer Justin Bieber alleging a concert of his was so loud she suffered hearing loss.

Stacey Wilson Betts, who attended a Bieber concert with her daughter back in 2010, accuses Bieber of "entic[ing] the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion." She said the singer had climbed into a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" that pulled out over the crowd. Betts alleges he egged the crowd on, and the contraption, which acted as a "sound conductor" generated a sound blast that damaged both of her ears.

Betts is asking for $9.23 million in damages from the singer, his label, the concert promoter and the arena where the concert was held, Gawker.com reports.
