Elliott Nelson is at it again.
The high-energy owner of McNellie's PUblic House, Dilly Deli, El Guapo's Mexican Cantina and who know what all is wrapping up work on a new restaurant at Second Street and Detroit Avenue.
It is called Yokozuna. Nelson says the name refers to sumo wrestlers who have achieved the sport's highest rank.
Nelson said that the restaurant will offer a variety of Pacific Rim cuisine, including lo mein, pad Thai and steamed dumplings.
He's hoping to open the restaurant by the end of September, if permits, licenses, etc., can get approved in time.
