Guess what -- NO DREAM TALK TODAY! As I tossed and turned last night, one of the many things that flooded my mind was, "Stop talking about your stupid dreams." So I will (for now -- and only because I dreamt NOTHING last night, at least that I can recall).
Oh! Not that you really want to know how I wile away the hours I spend suffering from insomnia, but I made a discovery last night. When I pet my cat in the dark (this already sounds creepy), I see blue sparks. So I kept doing it over and over again -- didn't seem to bother him because he just kept lying there. Yeah, I kinda wish I hadn't shared that, but whatever. See, this is one of MANY reasons why I'm single.
Anyway, turned in my somewhat pathetic food diary to Mistress Ashley, who was very supportive and all rah-rah-go-Jason about it, which was sweet. Still, there is infinite room for improvement.
One positive step I took yesterday was pre-registering for Weight Watchers. Like I was telling my Facebook friends last night, I just gotta pick a meeting place and actually go. Like I was telling Mistress, it's merely a matter of getting one week under my proverbial belt -- a week of solid exercise and a week of healthy eating decisions -- for it to become a lifestyle for me. It's just doing it, ya know?

As you probably know,
Britney Spears' new single, "Hold It Against Me," is No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 list.
It's OK -- could definitely sweat to it on the elliptical; but I'm not a huge fan of the song, even after half a dozen listens. Heard it yet? What do you think? Lemme know. Just don't go around your office occasionally blurting out, "I might be / a little HAY-ZAY" from the song because, well, that's just "cray-ZAY," as Britney sings. ... Uh-huh, that's right. Single.
Peace, love and ... XOXO
