Are you fabulous at whatever age you are? Then read my blog, it might earn you $5K.

Happy Epiphany! I purposely -- or would that be purposefully? -- held out to start my blog in 2011 'til Jan. 6, as it seemed ideal to me. Yes, I said I'd start exercising and dieting and all that blah-blah-blah on New Year's Day; but I (1) didn't give a flying fig about nutrition because (2) I was sicker 'an a dog.

But I am rested, not fevered and ... Well, let's be euphemistic and say "no longer bent over screaming at the sidewalk in Technicolor." Good-bye pizza, hello spinach salad with chicken and lemon-juice for dressing. Au revoir sleeping late, bonjour feigning a smile at 6:30 a.m. at the gym. I'll let y'all know how that goes tomorrow (sorry, slept throw my alarm this morning, woke up thinking, "My, it's brighter than usual -- is there a fire outside?" Yeah, Genius, the great big ball of fire in the sky. Oopsie.)

OK, so Harper's Bazaar is looking for a few good women -- fabulous ones, really. And the ones they like could win $5,000, maybe even $10,000.

Here's the dealio: Whether you’re a 20-something trend setter, flirty 30, fashionable 40 or 50, or sexy 60, Harper’s and Estee Lauder are looking for you. The two brands have teamed up to find five of America's chicest women, ages 20-60+ in the second-annual “Fabulous at Every Age” search, inspired by one of the magazine's most popular features that transforms trends into great, age-appropriate looks, highlighting the distinctive personal style of the world's most revered fashion icons.

To enter, readers can nominate themselves or other fabulous women at tulsaworld.com/harpersfabcontest. Five finalists, each representing a decade between 20 and 60+, will receive a $5,000 cash prize and be honored at a VIP party hosted by Estée Lauder spokesmodel Elizabeth Hurley at Hearst Tower in New York City on April 12. One grand prize winner will be selected from the finalists and receive an additional cash prize of $5,000.

Estée Lauder is celebrating the search with a limited-edition Fabulous at Every Age lipstick and gloss, Estée Lauder Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick in Bitten Fig ($24) and Estée Lauder Pure Color Gloss in Red Tango ($20), two stunning shades flattering for every age, available for a limited time exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue stores nationwide.

Finally, Target just emailed to say they’re partnering with luxury lifestyle brand Calypso St. Barth to introduce an affordable, limited-edition collection for fashion and home. Calypso St. Barth for Target will feature apparel and accessories for women, girls and baby, as well as home goods including candles, decorative pillows, dinnerware, glassware and serving pieces.

For those not in the know, Calypso St. Barth was founded 16 years ago on the island of St. Barthelemy in the French West Indies. Sounds fabulous so far, right? Anyway, they’ve since grown from a small resort-wear company into a full line of apparel, accessories and really nice home offerings.

Available May 1-June 11 at most Target stores and, of course, Target.com, prices will run $1.99-$79.99.

Peace, love and ...
