A Golden Point Guard

Coaches love to talk about the importance of a point guard.
They really love to talk about the importance of a point guard in the NCAA Tournament.
But, to have a good point guard who is also a senior is a double-bonus in the NCAAs.
OSU's Byron Eaton, who endured a lot of criticism over the past four years, is finishing with a flourish.
OSU's senior point guard, the most important player in O-State's late-season surge into the NCAAs, delivered again for the Cowboys in a 77-75 victory over Tennessee.
The victory sends OSU into a second round game. And, no one should rule out the Cowboys of any game as long as Eaton is on the floor.
He has made all of the crucial plays OSU needed over the last month. He did it again against the Vols.
He is giving the height-challenged Cowboys reason to believe even more might be possible.
