1. Has Stoops gone all aloof?

2. Now do you believe us about TU?

3. Does Gundy's job depend on the Washington State game?

Answers.

1. Little bit.

Being ragged about the most recent BCS whipping seems to have put more than the coach's practices off limits.

His sense of humor is also being handled internally.

OU needs to be more defensive with running quarterbacks, not the shuffling media.

2. Outside of not having a proven quarterback or a proven defense or proven depth, TU would seem to be a fine candidate for a BCS bowl.

For Triumph the Insult Comic Dog to roll on.

Come on, people, let's not taunt teams like Arkansas just because last year's club outscored some rummies.

Let's have a solid practice or two before breaking out the party favors.

3. Washington State has been so horrible, it hired a high school coach!

But everybody knows about the evil winds that blow through the Pac Ten zebra pack.

The answer is yes, if OSU loses this one, a first draft of Gundy's walking papers will be considred.

Will OSU lose this game?

Nah.

Does Bob Stoops know how 2 smile? Doesn’t “grinding” your teeth cause a lot of toothless information 2 fly out of your mouth? Not only Is OU “afraid” to run the ball up the middle? I guess that’s why they can’t stop the other team from doing the same thing to them.

TU should be 8-0 by the end of Oct. before its November Fab Fall trip to Fayetteville.

TU will have a lot of publicity being undefeated @ that point in the season and they’ll be ranked in the Top 25. Their offense will be “smoking” but the defensive will still be suspect.

4 TU 2 be a “possible” BCS candidate, they’ll have 2 win, back to back difficult road games in November @ Hawgville & then @ Houston.(If Houston gets by OSU on Sept 6th, they could possibly be undefeated @ that point)

OSU should overwhelm Wash St. But they better not get too “cocky” because the next week them Cougars with 17 starters returning & a decent defensive front could scare the cow patty out of Gundy & co. tie up the Cowboy season.

Keep those ‘snickers comin’ Picker!
