This was a blog subject a few days back -- what happens to former Oklahoma State basketball recruit Jai Lucas if Billy Donovan goes to the NBA? -- and now it's a more pertinent topic than ever.
Media outlets are reporting that Donovan has taken a job with the Orlando Magic. Lucas narrowed his list of finalists to OSU, Kentucky and Florida before signing with Donovan's Gators.
Could the chase for Lucas' services start all over again? Is OSU back in the hunt?
Stay tuned. It could get interesting.

Pleeeeaaase.... not this again. Hasn't the Lucas family pimped Jai enough!! OU and especially OSU needs to get off their begging knees and save a scholarship for someone that has more character.

Did Lucas ever sign a letter of intent? Or did he just say he was going to Florida? He loves the spotlight too much to fit in at OSU. OSU doesn't even have a scholarship available. Jai needs to stop looking for for the TV cameras and go play ball. If he is as good as he thinks he is he will leave after one year to go fail in the NBA.
