Andre Williams Sends S.O.S.

Whatever happened to former Oklahoma State basketball player Andre Williams?
He's working at Tulsa Boys Home (Read the story about him that appeared in Monday's paper) and he's got an invitation for you.
"One of the biggest things you can do for these kids is to give them time," he said. "I would challenge anybody that if you ever get a moment and you have an hour or two hours a week or something, we are in desperate need for volunteers. We are in desperate need of positive role models, figures that can invest a little time -- somebody that when it's all said and done, they are not there for any alternative motives other than just see to the best interests of the kids. Tulsa is a big town and I know there are a lot of people in this town and we just are in dire need of mentors. We really do need quality people that are willing to step up and donate a little bit of their time to come out and mentor and hang out with them."
Anyone?
P.S.: The Tulsa Boys Home can be reached at (918) 245-0231.

Do they have girls?

I think they only have male residents, but you could call 245-0231 to find out.
