Another victim for Texas

Oklahoma State basketball coach Travis Ford participated in a day-after session with media following an 18-point loss Wednesday night at Texas.

The Cowboys trailed by double digits over the last 28 minutes. The Longhorns improved to 11-0 in Big 12 play, including 10 wins in which the margin of victory was 10 or more points.

"What they did to us is no different to what they have done to every single team, really," Ford said, crediting Texas' tough-and-physical defense. "As upset as I was last night, my staff kept telling me that's what they have done to everybody, (including) good teams. They have done it to everybody."

Added Ford, "That doesn't really matter to me what they are doing to everybody else. I still don't like it. But I think it says a lot about Texas."

Ford said his team must play better, home and away. The Cowboys are winless in Big 12 road games, but get three of their final five regular season games at Gallagher-Iba Arena.

If that makes you feel better keep saying it.

Just imagine the outcome if UT knew how to shoot free throws.
