Here's the second installment of the Big 12 Power Rankings.

It was a slow week, but there was some movement.

No pushing. There's plenty for everyone.

1. Oklahoma
Took the week off to prepare for the big showdown this weekend at Florida State.

2. Texas A&M
Took the week off to prepare for the big showdown this weekend against uh...well... Idaho. Hey, prepping the official "Join the SEC" celebration takes work.

3. Oklahoma State
Tulsa schedules 9 p.m. kickoff against Cowboys hoping it's past quarterback Brandon Weeden's bed time.

4. Baylor
The Bears sent out another RG3 for Heisman card. The best line, courtesy of CBSSports.com, "a Terrelle Pryor with touch... and brains."

5. Texas
Longhorns hope McCoy-Shipley II is as productive as the original.

6. Missouri
Tigers coach Gary Pinkel throws out conventional wisdom by calling two time outs to ice his own kicker. Somehow, I'm not surprised.

7. Texas Tech
One bye week leads to another (sorry New Mexico fans).

8. Kansas
Well, Turner Gill's guys are 2-0. The real test comes this week at Georgia Tech.

9. Iowa State
At least the Cyclones can print up "Iowa State Champs" T-shirts.

10. Kansas State
Can Wildcats avoid the embarrassment of losing to Kent State?
