The Blake Bell Hype Machine has been unplugged since spring break. That's long enough, don't you think?

Without further ado….

Richard Cirminiello of CollegeFootballNews.com recently broke down what he called "future franchise quarterback contenders" for the 2015 NFL Draft.

You'll never guess who's number one.

"Bell has the size, the mobility and the tremendous arm strength to put the ball anywhere on the field," Cirminiello wrote. "But for now, he'll have to work through one more season as a cult hero."
