Bradford makes Bedlam nice

IRVING, Texas -- Sam Bradford fielded roughly 2,000 questions about Texas and Colt McCoy during his Media Days grind here Tuesday. Number of questions about Oklahoma State: 1.

A curious writer wanted to know what Bradford thought of OSU counterpart Zac Robinson.

"Oh, I enjoy Zac," he replied. "We've gotten to know each other this offseason. We got to do several things, speaking things, FCA things together. I really enjoy hanging out and spending time with Zac. He's a great player.

"I think he's very similar to Colt. He has the ability to throw the ball and the ability to make plays with his feet. We've seen him do it all the time. Last year, he took one against us, I think they were running an option, and he kept it and went 40 yards for a touchdown. He's got tremendous speed, he's got a tremendous arm.

"He's a great quarterback."

I don't know about Bradford making nice for that media day. I believe that Bradford, with all his amazing stats/numbers and accomplishments, is just that nice and fair of guy. Honestly, we may never really know if Bradford truly likes Zac or not because he (Bradford), like the rest of the OU staff and players-I'm sure, is coached to answer in a way that would be short and to the point without any antagonistic intentions. It will be interesting, though, to see what the media will make out of this if the OU/OSU game has the Big 12 Title on the line this year.
