Cancer survivor's latest crusade: Firing Mack Brown

You remember the old joke, "Football isn't life and death. It's much more important than that."

Well, we've come across another example.

The CBS station in Houston recently did a heartwarming story about a 14-year-old from Cypress, Texas, who has spent the last year battling cancer.

You can check out the video below.

Although it's been a rough year, Nolan Conaway's story has a happy ending. He's cancer free and hopes to return to school next year.

Conaway tells the TV station he's a huge University of Texas football fan. He has on a burnt-orange T-shirt for the story.

So what advice does this cancer survivor have for his favorite college football team?

"Fire Mack Brown," of course.

Just add it to the list as another reason we love college football.
