The Cards trump the Tigers. Easy play.

Missouri fans believe Saturday's game with Oklahoma is one of the biggest in recent years.
However, the game was buried by state newspapers on Saturday morning.
The St. Louis Cardinals' 4-2 victory over Detroit to win the World Series is easily the biggest story of the weekend in Missouri.
It is the first World Series in 24 years for the Cardinals and the 10th for St. Louis.
St. Louis may be the best baseball town in the big leagues. The Cardinals are much beloved every where in this state, except in the metro area of Kansas City.
From Joplin to St. Charles, it is the Cards.
As a result, even a big game at Mizzou has to take a step back when the Cards win the world title.
The St. Louis Post Dispatch is doing 12-page sections about the World Series.
Mizzou football, in contention to win the Big 12 North, has to take what is left.
One St. Louis writer said there were more than 15 writers from the local paper at the baseball game on Friday night. That compares to two at Saturday's football game.
Still, the Tigers are big news in this state because they are are on the verge of making a serious run at the Big 12 North title.
The Oklahoma game on Saturday was Mizzou's first of two very important games in the Big 12. Next week the Tigers go to Nebraska.
Thus, already with a loss at Texas A&M, the Tigers need a couple of victories in eight days to take a big step toward the North Division slot in the Big 12 Championship Game.
Regardless of baseball, the Tigers will be on center stage if they can win on Saturday to set up the showdown with the Huskers.
