Chamber of Commerce day in Mickey's Town

The University of Central Florida couldn't have asked for a better day to show off for football recruits and potential students.
Located just up the road from Disney World, Universal Studios and about an hour from Daytona Beach, UCF looks to be more resort than college campus.
UCF has 45,000 students, the fifth largest school in the country and about 10 times bigger than Tulsa, the opponent in Sarturday's Conference USA Championship Game.
Hours before the game, all of the parking lots surrounding the new bright house networks Stadium were packed full of tailgaters. It was sunny and 80 degrees.
If there is a school that may soon outgrow -C-USA, it has to be UCF. This is a school with a huge enrollment, rapidly growing alumni base and a handful of new deluxe athletic facilites.
On the first day of December, when much of the country was inside to stay out of the wind, cold and snow and rain, UCF was tanning in the glorious sunshine of Florida.
I have no idea how good of an academic school UCF is, but from everything I saw, I understand the lure to college kids.
Fun in the sun. That is a powerful draw to 18-year-olds.

UCF is definately a ligit team. Their RB Kevin Smith is an absolute stud. He averages atleast 40 rushing attempts a game and he never gets hurt. He just passed somebody for second on the all time rushing yards list. He will be a sensational pro athlete. UCF is getting more recognition because of their talented RB Kevin Smith and that helps out recruiting. And UCF has got a great and beautiful campass.
