Dear OU president Boren:

Bomar and other players cheat.

Basketball coach Sampson cheats.

As assistant basketball coach raised some eyebrows with alleged questionable behavior and quit.

A CBS.com writer wonders if the NCAA death penalty is in play.

A massive ticket cheating scandal at Kansas allegedly involves ticket people who were hired from OU.

Hello?

Anybody there?

Hey. You have no idea what's going on in Norman. It could be that there are 350 major violations at any one time. having them catch only three over the past half-dozen years would be a great track record! Not as good as USC, but pretty good.

They don't call them Cheater U for no reason.

Who calls them Cheater U. ????

I've never heard that....

What did you expect when the schools mascot is based on people who cheated to get ahead?

The silence from Norman is starting to get a little creepy.

Tulsandn, really? Fans all over the Big 12 have used the nickname "Cheater U" for the longest time when speaking of OU. That goes back to the Switzer days.

In regards to the ticket office scandal, I don't think OU will be punished for it directly since it took place so long ago...but it coming to light now definitely won't help matters when the NCAA is deciding how harsh of a punishment to lay on the university in regards to the newest alleged infractions.

Love all these "experts" who post on here. Not even the Picker knows that facts....just likes to stir up controversy.

Until you are presented with the "facts", (which none of you out there work for the NCAA so I doubt anybody is reporting to you)your posts are useless.

But I guess for a brief moment you feel smart or important. Enjoy it. I'll wait until all the facts and evidence (not hearsay)is presented and the jury comes back.

Deep thoughts...?

As they say in Norman....."Everybody else does it, so it's okay" They are just dumb enough to get caught.....A LOT!

Haha, oh Filo. You're so cute with your OSU jokes. But hey, if that's what it takes to deflect your thoughts from your university's current ugly situation, go for it.

By the way, the NCAA isn't after OU because they are the "biggest and best." It's because they have cheated time and time again...and continue to get caught.

This is the most asinine and ridiculous thing I've ever read.
1.Bomar and "others" were sent packing just as soon as Bob Stoops found out what was going on.
2.Kelvin Sampson was FIRED you idiot.

3.The assistant in question more than likely didn't quit,he was forced to resign, big difference.
4.The cbs writer is a bigger idiot than you are,if Baylor didn't get the death penalty for what they did OU surely won't.
5.What does FORMER employees for OU who now work for Kansas have to do with OU? Absolutely nothing.
6.The silence from Norman isn't creepy, there just isn't anything to be worried about.
