Stoops to Texas?

Torre to Boston?

Paterno to Sun City?

Kobe to the Celtics?

Some things just aren't done: Favre to Minnesota is one such situation.

You can't blame Minnesota. Minnesota has no quarterback. You can blame Favre for selling out a big chunk of his legacy, just how much is to be determined.

None of this really matters all that much because it's highly unlikely that Favre will see October upright.
He's apt to pull, tear, strain, fracture, twist, bruise and sprain numerous body parts on the first series.

Which team decal will Favre wear on his body cast to the Hall of Fame ceremony?

Who cares.

On a recent trip I found myself with a bunch of Vikings fans and they were ecstatic about Favre. Very desperate crowd.
