Gas, Gary, gray skies and the Sooners

Ever feel like there's a cloud following you around?
On my way to Big 12 Media Days yesterday, I learned that a Tulsa gas station would be selling fuel for $1.59 per gallon, but only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Last night, I saw the weather report for the Dallas metro area: gray skies and significant chance of rain every day this week — until Thursday.
So, three days in Dallas, three days of rain, three days of expensive gas.
Oh well.
It's 9:30 Tuesday morning and Missouri coach Gary Pinkel started his press conference just 10 minutes ago, some 20 minutes late. He said the pilot had to circle the airport for a while, which set the whole day's schedule behind.
Thanks again, weather.
The Sooners will arrive at the Westin-DFW North in a few minutes, and Sam Bradford, Jermaine Gresham, Gerald McCoy and Bob Stoops will begin meeting the press at 10 a.m. OU interviews should conclude about 1:45 p.m.
