Hoops: ORWho? New Brats on the Block?

There will no gloating over being right about ORU being barely all right. Well, maybe a little. But only because the media wouldn't zip it up about how this team belonged in the NCAA tournament.

The truth was, ORU was an OK team in a lousy conference.

Hee Haw Radio, operating out of OKC with an outlet here, is in something of a panic mode because the Thunder lost a game. Hee Haw radio is comprised of a bunch of yahoos who woke up one morning with a pro basketball team in its lap.

There is reason to be concerned about the Thunder, but not because it lost a game by one point at home.

As success continues, some of those players could be turning into fatheads. Refusing to answer questions after games, no comment, pouting, watch it kids, you've done nothing yet to demand worship. The NBA has enough spoiled brats.

Note to TU. The basketball coach hire seems this simple. Hire somebody who has won at least a game in the NCAA tournament.

Perhaps TU should hire Jeff Capel (LOL!)? He's won 4 NCAA Tournament games.

Watch where he lands: somewhere big-time.

You seem to be referring to Tim Jankovich

It is better to hire a coach that some other college will WANT to hire away than one that stays year after year because no one wants him.

Hee Haw Radio- wait wasn't Hee Haw fairly successful? The OKC branch of the LA Clippers radio...?
