How Seinfeld will help the Sooners

Oklahoma doesn't play until 8:30 local time Saturday night in El Paso. That could be a drag. Well, it is a drag.

How to kill the hours leading up to kickoff?

Defensive tackle David King: "I'll probably bring my laptop and find some 'Fresh Prince.'"

Quarterback Landry Jones: "I'll read my Bible or do something like that and try to calm myself down. Maybe get into my playbook a little bit."

Punter Tress Way: "My big TV show is 'Seinfeld.' If I can find some Kramer and get some laughs and keep my blood pumping a little bit then I'll be good."

Center Gabe Ikard: "I'll probably bring a movie. 'Step Brothers.' Something funny to keep me in a light mood before it’s time to play."

Defensive end R.J. Washington: "I'm going to look through my playbook, watch cartoons, listen to my iPod, probably download a little music to get me going. Talk to my mom."

Head coach Bob Stoops: I'll have the same schedule as my guys, eat when they eat, meet when they meet, go to the stadium when they go to the stadium. I'll get a workout at some point, watch a half-hour or hour of ball where I can."

Guerin - I'm fairly certain that the OU game starts at 9:30 CENTRAL time (i.e. - Local time in Tulsa), but 8:30 MOUNTAIN time (i.e. - Local time in El Paso). Is this wrong?

Article stated 8:30 local time in El Paso, which is correct.

When someone says local time, it means the time where the event/game/meeting is taking place.
