Is Scott Brooks A Good Enough Coach to Win It All?

This guy looks a little weak when TV cuts into the Thunder huddle.

He says stuff like: Come on guys, make a basket.

Or: Let's play good defense.

Wednesday night in the loss at Golden State, as Westbrick was shooting something like 3 for 16 or 17 and scaring fans half to death by flinging air balls into the crowd, Brooks had Perkins in the game at the end, with the Thunder trailing by three.

Perkins is quite possibly the worst offensive basketball player in the NBA.

We noticed this the day after he came to OKC. The OKC media clowns have just noticed.

The point is, you don't want an offensive liability in the game at its end when you need to score fast.

Maybe the job is too big for Brooks.

Wow, this is what happens when someone is still a Sonics fan and writes for the TW. As a journalist, or even a blogger, you lose credit instantly when you call someone a name. All you showed is that you have a bias against the Thunder and needed a lose to poke fun at them. I'm sorry, but when the team has the best winning percentage in the NBA, I would say Brooks is doing something right. Especially when he took a bottom barrel Sonics team and within less than half a decade they were playing for the championship.

I agree Tanis! Thse kind of complaints coming someone that only has talent to write for a paper like the TW!

The Thunder definitely have the talent to win the title, but they need a Phil Jackson at coach who would force Westbrook to pass the ball and force the team to play defense.

I am with the Pick and Chester on this one.
