I think the Sea of Orange will be in full force on Saturday against Sam Houston State. Zac looked good against Tech.

Matt,

I have been very critical of Coach Gundy after the 1st 3/games of this year. I honestly felt he was not the right man for the job, long term. I was disappointed with our Cowboys performance on the road @ Georgia & Troy, especially the lack of motivation.

Just for the record, it shows you what little I know & how wrong I feel I was in my misplaced passion.

I couldn't be prouder of Coach Gundy. Hi post Tech press conference revealed a lot about his character and certainly about his ability to coach. (tells you why I'm not in the coaching profession, other then my son's soccer league as an assistant.)

Coach Gundy revealed to me, that more then anything in life, be true to what is loyal & right. What he did in defending Bobby Reid was the right thing to do. I, along with other Cowboys faithful, sincerely wanted BR to be "all that he was recruited to be." Who knows, he may still go on to be a heisman, or incredible NFL athelete. But even if he doesn't, he's a fine example of an OSU student athlete.

What Jenny Carlson did was wrong. She made it very personal (describing a mother feeding his college son & saying most kids would rather run down the street naked.) That was simply unprofessional. Calling him indirectly a "momma's boy" and attaching it to lack of toughness. Let's for a second say that based on the facts above, it was true. Is it really worthy of mentioning to the National Media? Let the coaches make the decision! Don't redicule a student athlete, to set him up to be laughed at by team mates & fellow college campus kids. That's simply wrong.

Unfortunately, Jenny failed to understand that & wanted to hide behind the school of journalism rights. I'm all for Free Speech, but this went over the top!

Regardless if our beloved & always under dog Cowboys fail to win another game this year, I'll will ALWAYS be a fan of Coach Gundy.

He made me feel like a player in his locker room giving that post game speech.

GO Cowboys!!
