352 yards. 3 passing touchdowns. 1 rushing touchdown. Thank you, Titus. Seems like a sleepy Matthew Stafford needed some Titus Young to help him get back to that preseason sticky label of an "elite" quarterback. Stafford and Young connected nine times against a tough Seahawks secondary. (Check out Matt Clayton's Put on Your Radar.) I didn't like that matchup so much I benched Stafford this week. Sad for me.
You're welcome if you heard us talk up Randall Cobb. Now he is getting spoken in the same sentences as Percy Harvin. With Greg Jennings out and Jordy Nelson injured, Cobb will get a lot more looks an in offense that is looking at the playoffs.
When you can't beat Cleveland, you know there is a problem. Problem is, the issues in San Diego have been going on for about three years now. With no running game and Philip Rivers having his worst season as a pro, you can hear the pink slips getting ordered. I've already called Jon Gruden's number in Dallas next season, so I am going to guess Oregon coach Chip Kelly as the one to take over this job.
The NFL trade deadline is on Tuesday. I think you will see Steven Jackson go to Dallas, Dwayne Bowe to the Dolphins and LeGarrette Blount to the Packers.
Speaking of needing some help, I don't think any trade can help the Jets. They are horrible in about every phase of the game. They made Miami look like a great team. Still can't believe the only guy who took at team to the playoffs last season hasn't played that much. Yeah, I mean Tim Tebow.
