NCAA Golf Should be Televised

The NCAA Golf Tournament, featuring a handful of future PGA Tour stars, was not on television on Saturday.
However, the college rugby tournament was on television. So was the NCAA Women’s College World Series.
We’ve seen the college men’s and women’s lacrosse tournament on television in recent weeks. We’ve had college women’s gymnastics.
No television for the future PGA stars?
There may be a lot of things wrong with the NCAA Golf Tournament, the format being tops among them.
However, the fact that it isn’t on television is the strangest thing of all.
You can’t turn on your TV without seeing college baseball or even softball this weekend.
It would seem the NCAA Golf Tournament semifinals, the Final Four of men’s golf, would be a natural for television.
College golf coaches, instead of thinking of goofy ways to run the tournament, should be talking with TV execs and getting this televised.
There’s no reason that you can get women’s lacrosse on national television but not golf.

Couldn't agree more. Hated watching it on my computer.

YES I AGREE BETTER THAN SOMINEX!

One of the reasons for the ridiculous change to the match play format was to make it more exciting (i.e. to prevent OSU from having the championship locked up halfway through the tournament). If they're not going to put it on TV, what does it matter if it's exciting? Either put it on TV, or change the format back.
