Now this is East Coast bias

It's probably unfair to pick on something six weeks old, but this is too good to pass up.
Last Aug. 9, Newsday's Adam Abramson explained why he kept Oklahoma from his preseason top 10 this way: "Oklahoma is arguably the fourth-best team in their conference... Do I really think Texas A&M is that much better than Oklahoma? Yes. I do."
By virtue of A&M's and OU's results against common opponent Miami, Abramson only missed that one by 55 points.
In the same blog, Abramson predicted Wisconsin's new quarterback would prove a better choice than whoever Bob Stoops came up with at the end of the Sooners' competition.
Well, a look at the NCAA Div. 1A pass efficiency leaderboard shows Sam Bradford at No. 2, trailing only Mike Teel of Rutgers. Wisconsin's Tyler Donovan is No. 25.
In fairness to Abramson, nobody saw Bradford's emergence coming. And while he was slow to jump on the Sooners' bandwagon, he's on board now, ranking them No. 3 behind USC and LSU through Week 3.
But man, that A&M limb he went out on sure snapped.
