ORU Faces 'Win Ugly' Panthers

What do Oral Roberts and first-round NCAA Tournament foe Pitt have in common?
They were back-to-back opponents for Oklahoma State way back in December. OSU lost both games, but perhaps coach Sean Sutton remembers enough about Pitt's personnel that he can help little brother Scott Sutton with a few scouting report tidbits.
I think Pitt is an incredibly tough match-up for ORU. Few teams in college basketball can "ugly up" a game like the Panthers, who play defense like it was meant to be played.
Pitt coach Jamie Dixon is a former child actor who still has a Screen Actors Guild card, but his teams do not play like they are coached by a pretty boy.
I picked ORU to win a first-round game against Washington State last season and was wrong. I can't pick them to beat Pitt, a team that I picked as my darkhorse Final Four candidate way back in November.

i hated to see oru playing against pitt. i was hoping for y'all could finally win 1 in the ncaa. but its not gonna be to pitt. as someone who has spent a lot of time playing the likes of the big east, take it from me, pitt is all out brass knuckles big east. your pretty much dead meat. it will be a tough scout, but get used to getting fouled and bumped a lot. big east teams dont get called for a foul unless your unconscience and bleeding. good luck....your gonna need it.
