OSU Winning Its Way Off Bubble

Oklahoma State continues to win and continues to inch itself toward an NCAA Tournament spot.
The Cowboys still have work to do. It faces a must-win against Kansas State at home on Tuesday. Then, after closing the season at Oklahoma, the Cowboys will need to win at least once in the post-season tournament.
Still, OSU's late-season surge has put the Cowboys in the NCAA picture, something that didn't look very likely just three weeks ago.
The Cowboys were 3-6 in the Big 12 Conference after losing by 25 at Texas. They haven't lost since.
OSU coach Travis Ford should get a lot of credit. It might have been easy for the Cowboys to crater after that blowout in Austin.
Instead, he regrouped them and now has OSU thinking NCAA once again.
At a school that had become accustomed to yearly dates in the NCAA, this is a rather quick turnaround.
Still, as Ford pointed out Saturday, it is still too early to put them in the NCAA bracket.
OSU has work to do, starting Tuesday with Kansas State.
