OSU's Offense Creates Fresh Air

Baylor coach Art Briles said Oklahoma State’s’ offense is a huge challenge for any team to defend.
“You can’t let them have breathing room,” said Briles. “We gave them a lot of fresh air.”
In addition, OSU’s defense is doing what it has to do.
“They are a living testament to it,” said Briles. “If a team moves the ball between the 10s does not matter if you are not giving up scores.”
Now, the Bears face Missouri, two teams battling for bowl position in the middle of the league standings.
Mizzou is coming off a victory at A&M following a big loss to OSU. Baylor just got stomped at OSU.
“Momentum is the best coach or player on the field,” said Briles.
Iowa State, coming off a victory at Texas Tech, should certainly have momentum heading into a game with Kansas.
“I did see it coming,” said ISU coach Paul Rhodes. “We had not played a complete game. We knew it was coming. To have it come on the road against a good Texas Tech was very pleasing.
“When you are 4-4 you know better than to overlook anyone. We want to build on what we did in Lubbock.”
