OU All-Americans? No Way...

College Football Insider announced its preseason All-American team this week and a handful of Sooners were on the list.

WR Ryan Broyles and LB Travis Lewis were picked for the second team. Broyles was chosen both as a receiver and as a punt returner.

QB Landry Jones, DE Jeremy Beal, RB DeMarco Murray and FS Quinton Carter received honorable mention.

I was surprised Beal wasn't first or second team, and I was surprised punter Tress Way wasn't recognized at all. Way ranked third in the nation last year with a 45.69-yard average.

Hopefully, Tress is the leading punter at the end of the year. Then he will be an All-American, if the voters do their research.

a stock Prospectus its good for teenagers in Football.

If you get too many all-Americans then they might play like the basketball team.

He attended Haskell Indian Nations University and the University of Kansas, where he was a 1996 Chips Quinn scholar, a national award given to minority journalism students.
