It appears to some that the Arkansas football coach has been caught with his guard down.

Wild rumor has it that the coach was discovered in the Arkansas outback with a young woman half his age.

Some fear national humiliation, regional disgrace, local shame. Some want the man fired.

Fired?

This is Arkansas, home of Razorback football, thoroughbred horse racing, fishing, Bill Clinton, and fund-raising on motorcycles. That's right, fund-raising. It is our belief that once the U of Ark officials and the appropriate law enforcement and legislative bodies complete their investigations, it will be revealed that the football coach and his youthful lady friend were headed up a creek to a rich mountain man's home to accept a multi-million dollar donation to the Razorback recruiting fund.

So he and his "position" coach got into a little accident, give the guy a break. No need to fire either of them. Pat them on the butt and go back to work.

I agree Dee-Bo, much ado about nothing. Let him heal up and get back to work. The girl needs to teach stunt riding lessons.
