Pitino Plays Blame Game

Rick Pitino would have you believe the media has committed some sort of indecency.
The way Pitino sees it, and the way he wants everyone to see it, is that the media is making this up.
Yes, he admitted some pretty sleazy things, starting with an affair and other indiscretions.
But, it is the media that is the criminal here. That’s what he wants you to know.
Blame the media. Not him.
Pitino’s latest rant, a six-minute outburst on Wednesday, was designed to divert attention away from his own behavior.
He wants all of the loyal Louisville fans to know that it is the media, not him, that has done something wrong.
Well, we all know better.
Pitino wants to talk about how great of a coach he is and how he has been wronged. Well, according to what we know, he has been wronged in some ways.
But, he needs to realize that if he had behaved like a decent married man instead of a college kid on spring break, there would be no issue.
The fact that it is a big story is Pitino’s fault not irresponsible journalism.

Why is the press and sports columns so interested in his sex life?

You are not making it any easier on his family who is already devastated.

Go find out about the questionable money raising
and spending activities of the top 15 football and basketball teams.

Read online Kansas U is selling basketball seats for $15,000 each? Where is that money coming from and where is it going?

What happened to academics on campus?

So many students struggle to get through college while too many athletes skate.

Why would anyone believe anything Pitino says?
Bottom line: If you'll cheat on your wife, you'll lie to the media, fans and anyone else in your life. I've always said I will not do business with guys who cheat on their wives because its only a matter of time before they try to screw me.
