Send C-USA Trophy to Tulsa

Conference USA should take away the league’s basketball championship won by Memphis in 2008
I don’t know if Tulsa, the runnerup at the tournament, should get a trophy or not.
But, Memphis does not deserve to have that trophy. And, since TU was second in the tournament, the Golden Hurricane should get it.
The Tigers, already stripped of its NCAA runnerup finish, should not get to celebrate anything from that season.
If the NCAA says those 38 victories and run to the national finals doesn’t count, then we need to reconfigure the conference standings, too.
The Tigers cheated and have been caught.
John Calipari has now taken two teams to the Final Four. Both of those teams have now had those Final Four appearances later vacated by the NCAA because of rules violations.
Needless to say, if you are a Kentucky fan, you should be worried.
