Sooners Learned Their Lesson

It has been a simple game for Oklahoma the past two weeks.
You play sloppy, losing three turnovers in the fourth quarter at Colorado, and you lose.
You make some plays in the fourth quarter, and don't give Texas any help, and you win.
The Sooners were the ones making plays and it was the Longhorns making mistakes in the fourth quarter on Saturday at the Cotton Bowl.
As a result, OU lives for another day in the Big 12 Conference South Division race.
Texas, opening the league season with two losses, is long gone.
OU quarterback Sam Bradford was at his best in a 94-yard drive that gave OU the 28-21 lead in the fourth quarter.
OU's defenders then stepped up and made the stops to earn the victory.
It proved that Oklahoma learned from its mistakes. That's an encouraging sign for a team that hopes to defend the Big 12 title in a league that would appear to have a handful of very capable challengers.

Oklahoma learned from its mistakes?

Brad Sullivan has spoken like a true OSU fan... no objectivity.
Yep, the coaches stumbled and learned from the mistake. One thing is for sure... OU appears to the best team in the Big-12, and the only state team that has a chance to win the Big-12 and goe to a BCS bowl. The Sooners have a lot of young players and are sure to be a force for some time to come. Not what some other fans want to hear. Which is what brings out the ridiculous criticisms. Objective observations are rare at times. The old saying must be true... “Common sense isn’t so common anymore.” These same types gloat when the Sooners lose. Just good old jealousy and low fan-esteem.
