The Seattle Post-Intelligencer reports that Johnny Forzani, Washington State's fastest wide receiver, has decided to leave the program.
Forzani scored on a 99-yard pass play against Arizona State last season.
Washington State opens the 2010 football season with its Sept. 4 contest at Oklahoma State.
A native of Canada, Forzani reportedly had academic problems at WSU and now plans to try out for the Canadian Football League.
