Summertime trip to the Zoo

Visited a Web site known as Draft Zoo and stuck around a lot longer than I anticipated. Here's why...

There's nothing like BCS bowl projections in June, and the Zoo's Mike Harman has dished out his: Oklahoma State-TCU in the Fiesta, USC-LSU in the Sugar, Ohio State-Notre Dame in the Rose, Georgia Tech-West Virginia in the Orange, and Texas-Florida in the national championship.

That would seem to set up a John Blake-esque turn of events for Oklahoma -- losses to the Longhorns and Cowboys in the same season for the first time since 1998.

Another prediction involving the Sooners, courtesy of the Zoo's Hunter Ansley: "Oklahoma will not score 60 points in a single game all season... Neither will Texas Tech... In fact, all of the schools who didn’t hire Mike Leach this past year will feel a little better about that after his team struggles to make a bowl."

And you thought these guys were being a little rough on OU.

One more morsel, since this is the Draft Zoo...

Harman has Sam Bradford going No. 1 overall to the Browns in the 2010 draft, with Gerald McCoy going No. 3 to the Rams, Trent Williams No. 12 to the Redskins and Jermaine Gresham No. 21 to the Vikings.

yes the OU dynasty will falter in the near future but it wont happen this year on next from the looks of it..their recruiting base is just too strong. now is Stoops buys into the "BIG GAME BOB" name he is making for himself then they will have issues . but it is wrong to compare Stoops to Blake....now maybe Bill Callahan and Blake, i could see that.
