Three Bad Quarterbacks
Published: 9/17/2012 3:49 PM
Last Modified: 9/17/2012 3:49 PM

One bad quarterback is Tony Romo, Tony Turnover who, when combined with Dallas assistant head coach and owner Jughead Jerry, form a 1-2 punch that wouldn't scare a bunny.

There are two reasons why Dallas has won one playoff game in well more than a decade, bad quarterbacking and a meddling owner.

Scoring seven at Seattle Sunday was a joke.

The other two bad quarterbacks are Mark Sanchez of the Jets and Matt Barkley. ESPN actually had Barkley as a Heisman Trophy candidate. Let's make that "former."

And please notice what Barkley and Sanchez have in common besides slow arms and slower feet: USC!

Think about this for a second, people: Name one USC quarterback who ever did a thing in the NFL.

Not half a dozen.

Not two.

One.

O-n-e.

What you have coming from USC are the Peetes and Marinovichs and the Cassels of the world, the Leinarts and Carson Palmers, the Sanchez, the guys who excel in college but can't outrun or out-quick a referee, a group of well below average chunkers who obviously benefit from a major west coach press machine, but can't cut it in the pros.

PS: And just where are all the wise guys who said our pick of Kansas plus the 21 points versus TCU was the worst selection in predicting history? KU actually had a chance to win the game with massively overrated TCU. Come on, show up, take your education like adults.

Jughead Jerry is the head coach not the assistant.

Who wins the Heisman not that Barkley fell flat?

If he is still healthy, OU will ensure that the West Virginia quarterback wins the Heisman. They have made several quarterbacks the Heisman winner in past years. Just like Baylor last year.

Tumbling Tony Romo couldn't lead the band. Landry Jones is second to Tony.
