True or False?

1. TU doesn't need this.

True. TU goes from big mo to slo-mo this week as it plays Central Valley Technical Mineral Arkansas State.

Filling the great new atrium stadium could be a chore.

You don't back into the top 20. The only solution is to score 99.

2. Phil Mickelson should be used to meet and greet in the hospitality tent at the next Ryder Cup, not play golf.

True. This guy looks like the head pro at the Stepford Country Club, with that pasted-on smile; he's about as tough as chicken noodle.

TRUE OF FALSE? And heaven forbid, we don't have any athletic dept in state who is desperate enought to sell tickerts to pad the figures, do we? FALSE!

It would be best to just distribute the seating to make the ol ball yard look as full as possible.

It's what the arts groups do all the time, pad the house.

Give away the empty seats, you can make some concession stand bread.

Hey Licker, I have to disagree with you- again.
I'm thinking that people are going to start coming out to the new stadium and supporting TU more than ever. It's a new experience out at Chapman Stadium. Look at it this way: OU is sold out. No one is going to pay OSU prices on those tickets. TU has a great 1-A squad and the tickets aren't at T-Bone prices. Plus UCA's not that far off. I anticipate a full house as TU destroys the Bears.
P.S. T or F: The Licker's a chump. TRUE!!!

True or False: lame demeaning names actually have any effect whatsoever. False

True or False: just about everyone that comments on here(including myself) really has no idea what they are talking about, but just likes to think they do. TRUE If this weren't the case we'd be getting paid to write. Sorry but, unless you played at the D-1 or NFL level or have been a major part of following teams and their strategies for years, you really don't know what you are talking about. So, let's not get so riled up about this game and make fools of ourselves in anonymity.

Alright Licker,
This has to go out to you, and everyone else, who said I was an ignorant fool for what I claimed about USC. I've followed this team closer over the years than probably anyone on this blog- and who called it?
I won't waste your time bringing up all my past posts- even though they were ALL CORRECT.
I told you that USC would be suspect on the road. I warned people about piling accolades on a team that had proven nothing (especially against an overrated Ohio State). And even though I love USC, I told you of my suspicions about Sanchez leading this team in hostile waters. I told you that this is exactly the type of game that USC likes to lose. And what did I get for my predictions- hostility, ridicule and mockery.
And to every one of you that said I was stupid, ignorant, crazy etc. about what I said about USC- I expect a grievous apology. Who was wrong? ALL OF YOU!
And Arthur, just because you don't know what you're talking about, doesn't mean no one else does. I suspect you've never put on a football helmet and taken the field.

Eric, I would have to say that, I think you should go back and read some of Cyco's previous posts. Long story short he said awhile back that one of the road games would get USC. I don't agree with everything that he has said in his posts, but I do remember agreeing with what he had to say about USC's road games. Eric you are trying to slam someone for what they had already stated. I like to see how the sooners fair when they get to some of their conference road games.

Hey Picker, you were wrong about Oregon State and you're wrong about UCA. A little about the school - they have the state's second largest enrollment (once in a while they'll have a larger class than their Fayetteville counterpart), they're used to winning (won the majority of their conference championships since 1973), and they've got a quarterback who will be drafted into the NFL next year.

You can bet that the UCA section will be full - if the stadium is empty don't blame the folks from Conway. Also, there are several Bears from Oklahoma (like the starting defensive lineman from Owasso - #90 Hutton Andrew) who have been salivating over this game for a long time.

TU is by far the best team UCA has ever played, and the Bears will be more than pumped for the challenge. Frank Broyles once said it's better to be fast than good, and UCA has plenty of speed in their wideouts this year. Also, they haven't lost yet this season. They may be in the FCS Division, and they may have only been there for a year now, but remember the sun even shines on a dog's butt once in a while.

Somebody reported seeing Cyco gazing into the river.

Eric, I wasn't wrong about Oregon State, I said nothing about Oregon State, just that I would have ranked USC third going into the week.

If Central Ark defeats TU, the new stadium should be turned into a baseball diamond.

Picker is right, week 5 is too late to be scheduling the 1AA teams if you plan on winning them all. No matter how big you win, it's going to sap momentum from earlier wins, and at this crucial point where TU should be getting pub and cracking the top 25 they're playing a 1AA team. Had this game been week one, the only thing that would have been remembered was that it was a W as well as whatever ridiculous stats Johnson threw for. Stadium won't be full, but TU will win big regardless.
