Wait Til Next Season for Tiger

Tiger Woods may not be done as an elite golfer but he is likely done this season.
Woods collapsed in the first round of the PGA Championship with a 77, 14 shots back of the leader, as further evidence of his struggles this season.
Injuries, off-course troubles and other issues all seem to be working against a Woods comeback this season.
He is likely to miss the cut on Friday and his two-year streak without a major will be safe until next spring’s Masters.
Woods is young enough, and has plenty of time, to regain his game and become once again the best player in the world.
But, it won’t happen this year.
We won’t know for sure until next season whether we’ve seen the end of his career as one of the best players in the history of the game.
If Woods comes out next spring, and is still struggling like this, then we can probably write him off.
But, he was so great for such a long period of time it is hard to write him off so quick.
He’ll have time to heal or fix what is causing this drastic drop.
