Will Venables be reunited with a former OU linebacker?

The mystery of Kellen Jones appears to be solved.
The Oklahoma linebacker who seemed to vanish into thin air as spring practice started has resurfaced at Clemson. Or, he will resurface at Clemson as he visits the school this weekend.
Clemson, remember, is where Brent Venables now coaches linebackers.
It's starting to make sense now, huh.
"Once I got my release," Jones told TigerIllustrated.com, "I immediately sent it to Clemson."
In fairness, Jones visited Purdue last weekend and says he'll choose between the Boilermakers and Tigers. But let's just say Clemson is a prohibitive favorite to become the youngster's third college program in two years.
Jones signed with Michigan in 2011, but left before two-a-days started due to what he calls "unforeseen circumstances."
He arrived at OU late last summer, and wound up making 10 tackles in 12 games as a freshman last fall. It seemed he was positioning himself for a deeper impact in 2012.
Then spring ball rolled around. New defensive coordinator Mike Stoops was asked about Jones and said: "He worked out most of the winter. So I thought he was here. You'd have to ask Tim (Kish, OU's new linebackers coach) or Bob. I'm not sure. I've got enough problems."
Well, at least we know Jones ain't one. Not anymore.
