Xtreme Fight Night is Xcellent

Xtreme Fight Night has become one of Tulsa’s most popular sports events in just a few years.
XFN, held regularly at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, is a fight card that features boxing, kicking boxing and mixed martial arts.
Local promoter Dale “Apollo” Cook came up with the idea to mix a variety of combat sports into one event. It is wildly popular with fight fans of all sorts.
The Joint was packed with a sellout crowd of about 3,500. This wasn’t a paper sellout. The place was full of serious fight fans that were loud and really into the fights.
It didn’t hurt that local athletic legend Bill Goldberg, former pro football and wrestling star, was a guest at the event. He walked through the crowd shaking hands and having pictures taken with fans.
Cook, a former kick boxing superstar, has turned into a top notch fight promoter in the last 20 years.
His latest idea, Xtreme Fight Night, is a hit. In the ring and in The Joint.
