An underground pipeline at a Williams Cos. natural gas processing plant near Durango, Colo., ruptured Thursday morning, causing the company to shut down the plant.

Workers at the plant in Ignacio, Colo., discovered the rupture around 2:30 a.m. Thursday. No injuries were reported, but as a precautionary measure the plant was shut down and is now running at reduced capacity.

Williams officials are unsure how long it will take to repair the rupture and return the plant to full capacity.
