Architecture/ Engineering
Beck Design
has named Dustin Alphin as a project designer.
Alphin has nearly 10 years of experience in architectural and interior offices, including 3D modeling, physical modeling, renderings, master planning, furniture, design, interior and exterior renovations.
He currently is the project manager on the new campus for the College of Muscogee Nation, the University of Tulsa Twin Towers renovation and F&M Bank.
Also, Carolyn Cooper has been named a project manager. She has seven years of experience.
At Beck, Cooper has worked on projects including the Ecosystems Lab and Education Center in Langley for the Grand River Dam Authority and the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center.
She is in charge of new bond projects for Jenks Public Schools.
Construction
Nabholz Construction Services
has appointed Danny Kennedy as preconstruction services manager.
Kennedy comes to Nabholz with 17 years of experience in the construction industry, serving as a project manager for Flintco Inc. and senior project manager for Cowen Construction.
Legal
Savage O'Donnell Affeldt Weintraub & Johnson
has named Lauren A. Waits as an associate attorney with the firm.
Waits graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2009. Her focus will be general litigation, employment litigation and insurance defense.
Organizations
Tulsa Metro Chamber
has named Gwendolyn Caldwell as vice president of government affairs.
She join's the staff on Dec. 1.
Caldwell most recently served as a legislative director in the Oklahoma State Senate and as an adviser to Senate Pro Tempore Glenn Coffee on policy and political issues.
The Alzheimer's Association
has appointed Jacqueline Kouri to its national board of directors.
Kouri currently serves on the Alz- heimer's Association Oklahoma and Arkansas chapter boards of directors, and is currently chair of the advocacy and public policy committee.
Real estate
National Commercial Auctioneers LLC has named John Pellow as vice president of marketing.
Pellow was formerly director of marketing for Williams & Williams.
Also, Stephanie Butler has been named auction service coordinator.
Butler has more than 10 years of experience in the legal field, focused primarily on litigation and transaction law.
And Bill White has been named sales project coordinator.
White, an auctioneer, previously specialized in residential property auctions in Oregon.
Security
AmericanChecked Inc.
has named Pat Elsberry as screening adviser.
Elsberry has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the floral wire service industry.
She will be responsible for background screening services to nonprofit and other companies.
Bob Jones has been named a member of the account verification team.
Jones has 25 years of experience in management and marketing for the oil and gas industry.
Virginia Summers has been named controller.
Summers has more than 10 years of accounting experience in the background screening industry.
