EverGreen Solutions Inc., a software and services firm specializing in the real estate industry, has been acquired by RealPage Inc., a real estate technology consultant.

The terms of the sale were not disclosed.

"This is an exciting new chapter for EverGreen," said Georgianna W. Oliver, CEO and founder of the company. "There are many innovative advancements coming in technology for the multitenant market, and our alignment with RealPage will provide broader and more comprehensive consulting opportunities with existing and new customers alike."

Washington, D.C.-based EverGreen has a technical division in Tulsa. Officials at the Tulsa office said 10 people are employed there, and no changes are planned as a result of the sale.

RealPage is based in Carrollton, Texas.
